In addition to Classical Kids Live!, CKME is developing a new project, ARTSmart, that seeks to provide a music and culture cross-curriculum exploration for fourth and fifth grade classrooms throughout the United States. This project will first launch locally in the Chicago area by building collaborative partnerships between CKME and symphony orchestras, elementary schools, and local communities. Through ARTSmart, CKME seeks to significantly improve access to integrated, quality arts education as well as convey the importance of arts education as an essential part of a high-quality education.
