Real Estate Dividends is a division of Baird & Warner Real Estate and is a benefit program that is designed to raise funds for both an individual and a not for profit organization by offering cash rebates as an incentive when buying or selling real estate. When an individual closes on a home, they will receive cash back based on its closed value. This rebate is split evenly between the individual and the sponsoring organization. Participation in the program is easy and allows a mutually beneficial way to support Classical Kids Music Education.
